Ever since Pat Head Summitt took over the coaching job for the University of Tennessee's Lady's basketball team there has been nothing but success.  The 1999-2000 season was only a National Championship short  of perfection.  Even with the upset, they captured the SEC title and had one of hte best recruiting classes in the nation, not to mention the nation's best player, Tamika Catchings.
